Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro Low Pallacanestro Scarpe Nero Rosso

I ventured over to Nike San Francisco on Saturday morning and discovered a line that was over 50 people deep—a lineup that apparently started the previous night just before the store closed at 8 p.m. After taking these photos, I didn't even bother trying to get in line as I knew that it was far too late to even have a chance—it was just before 10 a.m. As with most sneaker lineups, I'm sure a good amount of people left empty-handed or settled for a sneaker in the pack they didn't really want in the first place. Before the 2013 Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle collection is unveiled at the end of this month, Nike will be releasing the Air Jordan 1 Retro "Doernbecher" designed by Isaac Arzate on Saturday, September 14.The Air Jordan 5 "Doernbecher" releases at select Nike retail stores through Twitter RSVP and online via TLO at 5 AM PST / 8 AM EST. If you miss out on this type of release, though, you either pay resellers or move on to the next one. In my case, you can be sure I've already got my eyes set towards the Steel 10s in October.

The Air Jordan "Fear Pack" releases tomorrow online and in-store at select Jordan Brand retailers. Three classic Jordan sneakers make up this highly anticipated release—the Air Jordan 3, 4 and 5. The Air Jordan 3 features a grey and black upper with orange accents and the 4 is made up of a monochromatic colorway that features black, white and different shades of grey throughout the sneaker. The most sought after sneaker from the pack, the Air Jordan 5, features olive green, black and red accents on the sneaker and sits atop Jordan Brand's signature icey sole. Both the 3 and 4 retail for $175, while the 5 is priced at $160. The Air Jordan 5 features design elements that represent Isaac's life—the #9 for his baseball jersey on the side of the left shoe, #31 for his basketball jersey on the side of the right shoe, a poem written by Isaac that covers the entire upper of the sneaker in black light ink and his initials and birth and passing date on the inside of the tongue. The collaboration sneaker from Nike and OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital is a tribute to Isaac, who tragically passed away last April after suffering a heart attack. Select Jordan Brand retailers will be carrying all three sneakers, while others may only be carrying one style from the pack.
